Some of Our Recent Work

The Grief Journey Poster

Grief is a universal experience that can impact every aspect of our lives, including work and personal environments. It can affect our emotional wellbeing, relationships, and overall productivity. Acknowledging and addressing grief in the workplace is vital for creating a supportive atmosphere where employees feel safe to express their feelings and seek help. Supervision is not the right setting for a detailed discussion about this matter, and it goes beyond the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Duty of care is more than a referral pathway; it is the organisation's responsibility.

Promote the Social and Emotional Wellbeing of your Workforce

Words, behaviours, and nonverbal communication can significantly impact an individual's health and wellbeing. Recognizing and addressing these effects is essential for fostering a positive environment. It's normal not to be okay, but ignoring or saying everything will be fine without offering further support is unacceptable. Does Paul look okay?
